Koshi Pradesh Loksewa: Vacancy, Syllabus, Exam Centre and Result Guide

Checked: 2 November 2026. This is an independent preparation guide; the linked commission document controls official decisions.
If you searched for Koshi Pradesh Loksewa, first identify what you need: a new vacancy, the correct syllabus, an examination centre, a written result or your marks. These are different stages, and each has a separate official section. This guide explains where to go and what to check before acting.
The official commission website is psc.koshi.gov.np. Loksewa Hack is an independent study website, not the commission or an application-processing service. Provincial recruitment notices must be checked against the issuing commission; a federal PSC or another province’s notice cannot be substituted.
Official Koshi PSC links by task
- Find a vacancy: Advertisements. Level, service/group, recruitment type, fiscal year and closing date.
- Apply online: Online registration system linked by Koshi PSC. Reach it through the commission; confirm the correct advertisement.
- Level 4 syllabus: Fourth-level syllabus section. Post, group, open/internal scheme and applicability year.
- Level 5 syllabus: Fifth-level syllabus section. Select the exact post, not any document labelled Level 5.
- Find your venue: Examination centres. Roll-number range, paper, date, time and building.
- Check a written result: Written results. Advertisement number and candidate identifiers.
- Check recommendation: Recommendations. Main, combined or alternative recommendation.
- Look for marks: Official marks entry point. Eligibility and details requested on the official service.
- Plan the year: Annual schedule. A planned window is not an application deadline.
How to read a Koshi Pradesh vacancy
Start with the issuing authority and advertisement number. Record the post, level, service, group/subgroup, open or internal route, and the category you intend to apply under. Then read qualifications, experience requirements, age conditions, application charges and the ordinary and late-fee deadlines directly in the notice. Do not assume that rules from another provincial examination apply.
A recommendation or alternative-candidate notice is not a new opening. The commission homepage contains documents for several recruitment stages, so the presence of a recent date does not by itself mean that applications are open. Likewise, a vacancy’s fiscal-year label and the publication year of a syllabus can differ.
How to choose the correct syllabus
Use the level-wise official section, then match the full post and group. Check whether the document explicitly applies to a particular advertisement year and whether the commission has issued an amendment. Save the source page as well as the PDF so you can return to the relevant version.
For administration Level 4, our guide to the revised Kharidar/accounts syllabus for 2083–84 explains the version-checking issue. That article does not establish that the same syllabus applies to every Koshi post or to a national Sangathit Sanstha pretest.
Exam centre, written result and marks are different
An exam-centre notice assigns venues and often roll-number ranges. A written-result notice identifies candidates advancing from that stage. A recommendation notice concerns a later selection decision. A marks service, where available, displays scores under its own access conditions. Open the appropriate section rather than searching for all four under “result.”
Never infer rank from alphabetical order in a shortlist. If an official document lists separate inclusive groups, read the group column too. For exam centres, match the paper and time as well as the roll number; the building for another post is not necessarily yours.
A practical preparation workflow
- Bookmark your exact advertisement and official syllabus.
- Turn the syllabus into a topic checklist and mark completed lessons.
- Practise questions that match your stage and level, then review the explanation for every error.
- Revisit the official notice pages for amendments before payment, travel or the examination.
Our practice section can support shared foundation topics. Read the selected track’s coverage note: a national Level 4 pretest bank is not automatically a complete Koshi Kharidar or NaSu mock.
Before you submit or travel
Check the official domain and advertisement again. Enter passwords, birth dates and candidate identifiers only into the appropriate official service; do not post them in website comments or send them to an unofficial “result checker.” If an online service is unavailable, return through the commission homepage rather than using an unfamiliar link from a social-media message.
