Read the attached official notice for the shortlist and next-stage instructions; no interview date or candidate count is inferred here.

Checked: 2 November 2026. Official notice date: 2083-07-15 BS.

The Public Service Commission has published written-examination results for two Gorkhapatra Sansthan Level 6 administration recruitment notices. The documents are dated 2083-07-15 BS. Candidates should match their advertisement number before opening a result: the Administration Officer notice covers advertisements 23–27, while advertisement 28 is a separate Officer recruitment.

These are written-result notices. They do not announce a fresh application window or confirm final appointment. PSC directs successful candidates to contact the institution concerned about interviews and other subsequent programmes.

Which Gorkhapatra result should you open?

Advertisement Post and recruitment Official notice
23–27/2082/083 Administration Officer, Level 6; administration service, general administration group; open and inclusive recruitment 684/083-84
28/2082/083 Officer, Level 6; administration service, general administration group; open recruitment 685/083-84

Both documents identify the written-examination dates as 2083-03-07 and 2083-03-08 BS. Use the post, level, service/group and advertisement together; a similar job title by itself is insufficient.

How to check your result correctly

  1. Take your advertisement number and roll number from your admission document.
  2. Open the matching official PDF above and confirm its notice number and date.
  3. Find your roll number, then cross-check the candidate name and selection group in that same row.
  4. Read every page and the instructions above the shortlist. Do not rely on a cropped social-media image.
  5. Save the official notice and follow the institution’s instructions for the next stage.

For advertisement 28, the notice records 23 written-exam participants, one advertised open seat and one shortlisted candidate. For advertisements 23–27, the category table and candidate list must be read together: a candidate can appear against more than one selection group, so adding group totals does not necessarily produce a unique-person count.

What should shortlisted candidates do next?

The PSC notices ask candidates to contact Gorkhapatra Sansthan for the interview and other programmes. They do not supply a universal interview time in these result documents. Check the institution’s subsequent announcement before making travel arrangements. Keep your original application and admission records available, and use the next-stage notice to determine the exact documents required.

If your name is missing or details do not match

First confirm that you opened the right advertisement and recruitment category. A similarly named candidate in another notice does not establish your result. If you believe an official record contains an error, use the relevant institution’s published contact or prescribed procedure; this website cannot correct PSC records or declare someone selected.

Common questions

Is this a new vacancy?

No. This update concerns the written results of the stated advertisements. A new vacancy would require its own official application notice and deadline.

Does passing the written examination mean final appointment?

No. The documents refer candidates to subsequent stages. Follow the later institutional notice and final recommendation process.

Is this the Sangathit Sanstha Level 4 pretest result?

No. These are institution-specific Level 6 administration written results. For foundation study, visit our Level 4 pretest practice; do not use that track as this recruitment’s complete syllabus.
